ARAGAs are constructed using the highest quality materials and we pride ourselves on the workmanship that goes into the design and product. But you have to remember: they’re made out of wood, and wood isn’t metal. It’s wood, dude! All ARAGA Sunglasses purchased from authorized ARAGA dealers are warranted for 180 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
All warranty claims must be submitted directly to ARAGA. Don’t try to return your shades to the store you purchased them from, because they can’t do squat. We can though! To submit a warranty claim, click the blue “Claim Form” button below. All warranty claims require proof of purchase from an authorized ARAGA dealer. ARAGA will review your claim and if your sunglasses are deemed defective, we will repair or replace your sunglasses at no cost to you.
Please Note: All claims are inspected and ultimately ARAGA’s discretion if your item qualifies for Warranty coverage.
COVERED BY WARRANTY:
Popped lens without signs of impact or force.
NOTE: Intentional lens removal (e.g. for the purpose of installing Rx lenses into your ARAGA frames) is not covered by warranty
Broken hinges that are caused with no signs of impact or force. Hyperextended arms that cause bent or twisted hardware in hinge is not covered by warranty
BROKEN IN TRANSIT
Damage to item upon delivery. Claim must be filed within 24 hours of receipt
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:
Damage caused by impact or force including cracks, scratches, broken pieces, animal chewing, or pulled hinges
Damage caused by environmental conditions including exposure to heat, cold, water, and sun
Scuffs or scratches on lenses
